About NEOMA Business School - Rouen

The NEOMA Business School - Rouen was created by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rouen and the Groupe ESC Rouen. Entrance into NEOMA is competitive: each year, over 1,200 applicants apply for 90 positions in the 1st year class. NEOMA welcomes about 360 domestic students and 100 international students each year. 
NEOMA is accredited by EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA.  This "triple crown" of business school accreditations makes it one of the elite institutions for studies in business.

About the city

Rouen (pop. 100,000) is a beautiful city, situated on the Seine River and known for its Norman architecture. It is the capital of Normandy. Rouen is situated approximately 130 km north west of Paris and 60 km from the English Channel. The city is famous for its history; this is the city where Joan of Arc was tried and burned at the stake. Rouen was also the center of the D-Day landings during World War II; the famous beaches are about one hour from the city.


  • Must be a business major or minor
  • Overall GPA of 3.00
  • Course in business French recommended
  • Previous training in French desirable but not required
  • Students majoring or minoring in French who wish to receive transfer credit toward the French major or minor must consult with the French section of the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures (MLC)
  • Participation may be denied, or acceptance may be revoked, if a student's conduct prior to departure raises doubts as to his or her suitability for the program.

Finally, located one hour from Paris, the historic city of Rouen provides an excellent location from which to explore the rest of Europe.
